When Microsoft Fabric was released in preview, the generative AI craze was just beginning, and Fabric’s AI capabilities were still focused on machine learning and AutoML. Fast forward to today, and Fabric offers built-in access to Azure OpenAI, several of its own copilots, AI driven coding features, and even its own data agent that can leverage your semantic models.
